   Does that mean we might start getting some more accurate schedules?

   Nah, we suffer from Collusion of Optimists and its close brother, Horror of Pessimists, where if you say anything takes longer than a couple of days the response is ‘WHAT!’, soon followed by, ‘It can’t possibly take that long’.

   Maybe then we need someone who can manage effectively?

   Fabrice is now project managing everything, and he’s a reasonable guy, so hopefully things will improve.
